As you read on the title 

Today's idiom is "clear as a bell "

This idiom means to very crisply audible very easy to hear,  easy to understand,  very clean. 

Example

Unfortunately our next_door neighbors fight a lot,  and we can hear them  clear as a bell 

Example

They have an empty room in their house  so they could hear anything clear as a bell. When they hear weird sounds they always think of myths.
