Is the meaning is different in these sentences?

Grammatically,both sentences are correct, but if you are sitting in your class and you want to describe your feeling,maybe saying I am bored better than I am getting bored, as  I think.Because present continuous talks about an action that is happening right now.YOUR FEELING HAPPENED IMMEDIATELY.So describe something or feeling or even your general status in present simple is the best .
NOTE:I didn't mention the stative verbs in this subject and I don't believe in them .My subject is different .
  Sorry for not using strong words or adjectives and my mistakes,I still  study and revise the courses ,also try to keep going far as i can .

.Both are grammatically correct

"Some kids are easily bored" 
This means, they get bored quickly in general

"Some kids are easily getting bored"
This means, they are getting bored quickly right now
