Sadly, that's not allowed here to share any dictionaries. But anyway you can use any English-English  dictionary which uses only English in its content. Search for them and try as much as you can until you find the suitable one for you.

Google translate app is one of the best apps I love in translating and pronouncing 

And, by the way, if you're in the 2^nd level, I suggest pronunroid app for the IPA but you can only use it if you are in the second or the third level
