Nice quote..but I don't know much more about it.  So, I express what I understand from it

The quote means

Don't give up on the challenge,  the challenge that you sacrifice yourself for your goals or for your dreams, stay positive,  be strong to overcome every injuries that you faced it in every situation that it will teach or earn you new ideas or thoughts. So, come back stronger,  faster,  smarter and more active than before

I don't know if my expression right or not,  so I will be grateful if you correct and tell me my mistakes or even my wrong explanation for this quote

(Not earn because "earn" means that the situation will earn you or take you, and this is probably not what you meant)
