But still we can fight back. Here are some tips to freeze their weapons

1.  Do not let them recommend anything for you, always choose what you want to watch or read
2. Make a specific account for each platform. One for Google, and another for YouTube, and another for Facebook and so on
3. Always turn off your phone if you don't want it right now, this will put another layer that you have to turn it on again and wait for it to start and then, eventually, do the thing you wanted to do. It will prevent you from drawing your phone every now and then while you don't know what to do
4. The most important part is to turn off all the notifications from all the apps you have on your phone. They use this weapon to draw your attention when you're not using your phone
