But, I am going to add something here, besides writing our journals, we could write about the daily news, It’s a good way to practice a new vocabulary and to remain informed about what’s happening in the world at the same time, while daily journal, on the contrary, it would have the same words since most of us have the same daily routine which means repeating the same words and vocabulary over and over.

Yes you are  right writing is  helping a lot but we have to read also for learning more vocabulary.  So read and write . Good luck for everyone
